1.	Privilege Card must be presented at time of purchase in order to enjoy benefits.
2.	Different Privilege Cards may not be consolidated into one card.
3.	Ownership rights of the Privilege Card may not be transferred.
4.	Use of Privilege Card is non-transferable.
5.	Privilege Card may not be kept in the business location of PCD Stores.
6.	Cardholders must be 18 years of age or older.
7.	Each ID card or passport may issue only one Privilege Card.
8.	With certain exceptions, cardholders are entitled to 10% discount (Gold Privilege Card) and 15% discount (Platinum Privilege Card) for non-discount items.
9.	A Gold or Platinum Privilege Card and its related purchases or points will be revoked if the card is used in violation of the rules and regulations of the PCD Stores Privilege Club.
10.	If the Privilege Card is damaged, the damaged card may be exchanged for a complimentary new Privilege Card. Any lost or stolen cards must be immediately reported to the Customer Services Center and a fee of RMB 20 will apply.
11.	The Privilege Club reserves the right to issue a new Privilege Card to replace the current card held by its club members at any time. For benefits extended from business partners, cardholders should refer to the PCD Stores Privilege Club Manual.

Additional Policies for Supplemental Platinum Card

1.	Purchase amount and accumulated points are recorded into the main card.
2.	Corresponding membership rights will be revoked if used in violation of the rules and regulations of the membership card: * If the main card is in violation, the supplemental card will lose the corresponding membership rights; and * If the supplemenatal card is in violation, the accumulated purchases and points of its main card will be cancelled.
