Q: Who should I speak to regarding a complaint?
A: A: It is important that you tell us if you are dissatisfied with any part of your PCD Stores experience. If you have a complaint regarding a specific incident, we recommend that you visit the Customer Services Center of your local PCD Stores. Our Customer Services Representatives will be happy to assist you with your complaint. Likewise, please feel free to complete a Customer Comment Card, which you can be obtained from the Customer Services Center.

Q: Is there a PCD Stores credit card and how do I apply for one?
A: 
Our Changchun PCD Stores has a joint card with China Construction Bank. Please contact Jilin CCB for an application form.
Our Nanning PCD Stores has a joint card with China Construction Bank. Please contact Guangxi CCB for an application form.
Our Qingdao Plaza Printemps has a joint card with Merchants Bank. Please contact Qingdao Merchants Bank for an application form.
Our Qingdao Plaza Printemps has a joint card with Industrial and Commercial Bank of China. Please contact Qingdao ICBC for an application form.
Our Taiyuan PCD Stores has a joint card with Taiyuan Everbright Bank. Please contact Taiyuan CEB for an application form.

Q: What should I do if my PCD Stores credit card becomes lost or stolen?

A: Please visit the online floor guide section of the PCD Stores that you are interested in visiting. If you cannot locate the product within our online floor guide section, then please contact your preferred store location. Our Customer Services Representatives will be happy to assist you with your enquiry.

Q: Are there baby facilities at PCD Stores?
A: The following PCD Stores are equipped with baby facilities.

Beijing Scitech Plaza: Baby stroller rental service is available.
Changchun PCD Stores: Baby nursery and baby stroller rental service is available.
Nanning PCD Stores: Parking spaces for pregnant ladies is available.
Qingdao Plaza Printemps: Baby stroller rental service is available.
Xi'an Plaza Printemps: Baby stroller rental service is available.
Xiamen Jiahe PCD Stores: Baby stroller rental service is available.
Xiamen Ruijing PCD Stores: Baby stroller rental, children monitoring system,  nursery and children restroom services are available.
Xiamen Siming PCD Stores: Baby stroller rental, children monitoring system and children restroom services are available.
Xiamen Zhongshan Road Store: Baby stroller rental service is available.

Q: Can I get a PCD Stores catalogue?
A: PCD Stores does not have a catalogue. However, some of our vendors may have their own brochures, which are available upon request.

Q: Do you offer wedding registry services?
A: At the moment, PCD Stores does not offer wedding registry services. We may introduce this service in the future, so please check our website for updates.

Q: Do you sell the brand that I am looking for?
A: Please contact your local PCD Stores. Our Customer Services Representatives will be happy to assist you with your enquiry.

Q: Do you offer a mail order & mail delivery service?
A: You may only make purchases at our stores.

Q: If I make a purchase at your store, can you deliver it to my home or office?
A: The delivery policy varies from store to store. Please consult your local PCD Stores at the time of purchase. Alternatively, each of our vendors may also arrange delivery for you. This will vary from shop to shop, so please ask the shop where you made the purchase.

Q: Does PCD Stores have a mailing list?
A: All PCD Stores have mailing lists. Please contact your local PCD Stores to join our mailing list.

Q: Are there restaurants at PCD Stores?
A: With the exception of our Xiamen (Zhongshan Road) Store, you will be happy to learn that all our stores have restaurants. As we are constantly welcoming new restaurants to our stores, please contact a Customer Services Representative at your local PCD Stores for updated information about our restaurant facilities.

Q: What disabled facilities are available in your stores?
A: PCD Stores is dedicated to having disabled facilities at each of our stores.

Beijing Scitech Plaza: Equipped with ramps, parking spaces, elevator and restroom for the disabled. 
Beijing Scitech Outlet: Equipped with ramps, disabled elevator and a disabled restroom.
Nanning PCD Stores: Equipped with a disabled restroom and parking spaces for pregnant ladies.
Qingdao Plaza Printemps: Equipped with a disabled restroom, disabled parking spaces, ramp and disabled elevator and also offers complimentary wheelchair service.
Xi'an Plaza Printemps: Equipped with a disabled restroom, ramp and disabled elevator and also offers complimentary wheelchair service.
Xiamen Ruijing PCD Stores: Equipped with a disabled restroom and also offers complimentary wheelchair service.
