Nanning PCD Stores Supports Drought Victims (March, 2010)
On March 29, 2010, Nanning PCD Stores, together with the support of its staff and VIP members, raised funds and water supplies for Baise city - the area in Guangxi most affected by the recent drought disaster. Notices encouraging customers to save water were also posted throughout the department store.

Lights Off at PCD Stores for "Earth Hour" (March, 2010)
On March 27, 2010, PCD Stores participated in the global "Earth Hour" campaign, aimed at raising awareness of global climate change. Organized by the World Wildlife Fund, people across the globe were encouraged to turn off their lights between 8:30 p.m. and 9:30 p.m on March 27, 2010.

PCD Stores "Think Pink" for Breast Cancer Awareness (March, 2010)
March was breast cancer awareness month at PCD Stores across the nation. To raise awareness for breast cancer, PCD Stores hosted several walkathons across the nation. The turnout for the walkathons was exceptional as participants from different age groups and nationalities came together to walk for breast cancer. Watch Video

PCD Stores Celebrates Easter across the Nation (March, 2010)
During the month of March, PCD Stores hosted several Easter parties across the nation, celebrating the holiday with its VIP members and their children. The parties attracted considerable numbers of children who enjoyed participating in the various traditional Easter games like Easter egg hunt and jelly bean guesses.

Beijing Scitech Plaza Recycles Empty Cosmetic Bottles (March, 2010)
Between March 6, 2010 to March 21, 2010, Beijing Scitech Plaza held a special promotion which involved recycling cosmetics. Customers returning empty cosmetic bottles to the cosmetic counters were rewarded with a RMB 10 credit that could be used towards any cosmetics purchase at the department store.

National Table Tennis World Champions Visit Xiamen Zhongshan PCD Stores (January, 2010)
On January 30, 2009, table tennis world champions Wang Hao, Wang Liqin and Ma Lin as well as their team manager Huang Biao paid a visit to Xiamen Zhongshan PCD Stores. The champions spent the afternoon with the customers of Xiamen Zhongshan PCD Stores, assisting with charity auctions and dedicating their time to meeting with fans.

Qingdao Plaza Printemps and Dreams Fund Co-host Large Charity Auction (January, 2010)
On January 17, 2010, Qingdao Plaza Printemps and Qingdao Charity Foundation co-hosted a large charity auction to celebrate the listing of PCD Stores on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. In the first half hour, 12 items were auctioned off, raising RMB 30,000 for the Dreams Fund.

On January 9, 2009, famous Chinese singer Chyi Chin was greeted by cheering fans at Beijing Scitech Premium Outlet Mall, where he signed concert tickets and shared his perspective on life as well as life experiences.
